Responsibility and legal

For this package: You are responsible for your games complying with portal rules and child protection (ads in games, data collection, COPPA and GDPR for children). You create the portal accounts yourself; each portal and publisher decides on accepting a game, the terms and the revenue share.

• We sell only to companies and sole traders with a business ID (B2B).
• Together with the licence agreement we sign a data processing agreement (GDPR).
• You are responsible for AI generated content: its accuracy, copyright, labelling of AI generated content and labelling of advertising.
• The package is non exclusive. Others can buy the same system too, each under their own brand.
• We sell software and know how, not a business or income. We promise no revenue and no number of clients.
